• 24 hour Support Service
  All programs promoted by Lets Homestay include a 24 hour telephone support service.
• Emergency Support (accident and sickness)
  In the case of an emergency local staff are available to assist with any emergency need. We will escort guests to doctors and hospitals if required.

Assistant Service
Note: Participants in Lets Homestay programs staying outside the local area (an area where a Lets Homestay exists, the 24 hour telephone support service will still be available however the emergency support service will incur costs that are reasonable for the support given at the time.(i.e., transport costs and accommodation costs)

Note: For all other support other than described above, supporting staff from Lets Homestay will be charged out on an hourly basis of NZ$60 per hour.
