What is the best season to stay on a farm?
Each season has its special points and highlight and anytime of year will give you a special memory.

I would like to help on the farm but I also would like to do lots of activities.
Please talk with the coordinator on your arrival. With good management you can enjoy everything.

Can I have a Farmstay and a Homestay experience?
You can stay on the farm for a short period and then change to a homestay in the city. This is a good way to experience the farm then move into the city for English study or sightseeing.

Farmstay hosts are families who live on farms, orchards and small lifestyle farms generally within 20-40 minutes of City. Farms are isolated and are generally not close to shops, banks and other amenities. There are no bus services so transport is limited to the host family support.

Every farm is different and your host will be able to give you a special experience based on the way their farm works. Some will have lots of animals, some will have just a few. Some with sheep, some with cattle, some with rabbits and chooks. Whatever kind of farm we place you on we can guarantee an unique experience.

Day 1	AM	Arrive Auckland Airport Shuttle bus to Tauranga enjoying farmland scenery on the way.
	PM	Arrive Tauranga Meet Lets Homestay staff and discuss schedule during an orientation. Transfer to host family's home and commence the farmstay
Day 2	AM	get a walking tour of the farm by your host
	PM	Help out on the farm
Day 3	FD	Help out on the farm
Day 4	FD	Day trip to Rotorua Take the Intercity Bus to Rotorua.  Enjoy the Agrodome farmshow, Maori cultural centre, see geysers and visit the kiwi enclosure.
Day 5	AM	Depart hosts home Shuttle bus to Auckland International Airport.
